Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have had tags removed will not be accepted for return.
How to return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@scpourelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
As each SC Stanislava Cenova piece is produced in a single edition, exchanges are not possible. Once a piece finds its owner, it is gone.
